Resolution
Issue:
After upgrading Dirsync Pro from version 19.8 to version 20.1 access to the Dirsync Pro Administration Webpage is no longer functional. An error "You're not authorized to access this page, Forbidden (403) is displayed as below.
Resolution:
The reason for the issue is that Profile Security is enabled but there are no profiles configured for access.
Run the following SQL query against the Dirsync Database:
update ADM_Setting set value = 0 where Name = 'ProfileSecurityFeatureEnabled'
