Resolution
Uninstalling Metalogix Diagnostic Manager:
Diagnostic Manager is normally installed on a WFE, locate the server which has Diagnostic Manager installed and browse to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features.
Find Diagnostic Manager in the list of installed applications, select it and then click on Uninstall.
Finally, just wait for the uninstallation process to complete.
Additional Information
A reboot of your server is not required to install or uninstall Diagnostic Manager.
