Shutdowns or reboots are taking longer to complete or hang for an extended period of time. Computer management trace file shows the following message:

The daUpdateClient.exe does not need to be updated.
Browse to any existing Computer profiles and review any Data Collection elements that are configured. If the option to "Collect Patch Management information" is checked under the Settings tab, uncheck the option. Then save, replicate and test shutting down a workstation to verify the issue is resolved.
Patching within Desktop Authority, Patch Distribution and Deployment Add-on reached end-of-support on May 31, 2014. After this date the Patching within Desktop Authority will no longer provide patch updates, nor will Technical Support be able to provide assistance for this feature.
