Get error " ADM14000E The database manager is unable to open diagnostic log file " in Windows Event Viewer Application log (4377657)

Toad for DB2 or Toad Data Point suddenly quits without sending any error message when connecting to the database or changing parameters in Toad options. When reviewing the Windows Event Viewer Application log, multiple entries with this text are found.

The description for Event ID 4 from source DB2 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

"C:\ProgramData\IBM\DB2\DB2COPY1\DB2\db2diag.log".  Run the command "db2diag 
-rc "0x840f0001"" to find out more.

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

To solve this issue go to the db2diag.log on the path indicated in the error and wipe out the file content.
