Cancelling a running query does not work (4329397)

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Change database rows limit option of 1000 to apply to the editor (Tools | Options |Database | General)

2) Execute a sql statement that returns more than a 1000 rows in the editor using F9.
3) The query will pause and you will see a pop-up that says your query is paused and do you want to cancel. Chose Yes to cancel.

4) the execute button stays Red, which means it is still cancelling and you cannot execute or do anything else in that editor. 
5) If you open up another editor nothing will execute

WORKAROUND

If continue working with version 6.3 , note that a restart / kill of Toad is required in order Toad works again

Issue fixed in version 6.5. The latest version of Toad for DB2 can be downloaded here .
