The Exchange Server Roles view can be accessed by selecting an individual server from under the Servers object container in the Exchange Infrastructure view on the Exchange Explorer dashboard. Select the Roles navigation tab to display the Exchange Server Roles view for the selected server. The contents of this view depends on the Exchange role selected at the top of the view.

Unreachable Queue Length. This graph charts the number of messages in the unreachable queue. The Unreachable queue contains messages that cannot be routed to their destinations. | |
Poison Queue Length. This graph charts the number of messages in the poison queue. The poison message queue is a special queue, used to isolate messages that are determined to be harmful to the Exchange system after a transport server or service failure. | |
Active Mailbox Delivery Queue Length. This graph charts the number of messages in the active Mailbox delivery queues. | |
Active Non-SMTP Delivery Queue Length. This graph charts the number of items in the active Non-SMTP queues. Non-SMTP Delivery Queue is associated with the queue for Foreign Connectors.
