Spotlight has stopped monitoring a Windows connection. The following error is received:
Monitored Server - Windows Collection Execution Failure: Collection 'Processors' failed : WMI query 'Win32_PerfRawData_PerfOS_Processor' failed : Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)).

The account used in Spotlight has no longer the required rights to the monitored Windows server, and therefore, Spotlight can’t run the background WMI commands necessary to connect and collect data. -
Lösung
1. Open Spotlight Diagnostic Server app and log into it2. Click Connections icon and right-click on the Windows connection having this issue. Choose Properties option.3. Verify the user account used here. That account must be part of the local Administrator group of the monitored host.If the account used for establishing the connection is the Diagnostic Server service owner, then open Windows Services console and check the account used for Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server services.
