When attempting to create a backup, after about 200 seconds, you receive the error "Cannot connect to backup agent".
You have confirmed that the backup agent port is reachable by a port query.
By default, the software always reaches out on port TCP 135 to negotiate the port used to connect to the backup agent.
You can force the setting to use a port by default, which will override this behavior.
Right-click the top-left "Recovery Manager for Active Directory" node > Settings > Ports > Connect to the Backup Agent using a specific TCP port.
