Source OneDrives are already been previously discovered.
Target OneDrives are already been previously provisioned.
Both source & target OneDrives is shown to be fully licensed from Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Both source & target OneDrives actually exist & available, also file content are accessible & can be browsed from OneDrive Device Clients.
Some OneDrives are migrating fine, while others are not.
After re-running migration in a few hours later, a few more OneDrives have managed to successfully migrate, but still remaining some OneDrives which still fail.
Source or target or both domain names have just being moved not too long ago, but ODM & environmental settings are all still looking good, so if there is any misconfiguration, all OneDrives should be failing together.
Due to inconsistent behavior of OneDrives when being migrated, all indications are pointing to integrity dependencies of services within Microsoft 365 tenants.
Since a domain move has been recently performed, your new domain names are gradually starting to take effect in correctly resolving to both source & target, hence kindly wait out for up to 48 hours before proceeding to run OneDrive migration, that is till after when new changes can be confirmed to have fully propagated through Azure Active Directory & DNS, due to backend cache latency in replication & tasks queuing lag within the Internet & Microsoft Cloud.
