ODMAD - Error: Found '2' matching Directory Objects but expected '1' (4378652)

Failing to register the device.  Complete error below:

Error[9]: An error occured while attempting the action 'https://us.odmad.quest-on-demand.com/api/ADM/register'
-Failed to register device (DeviceName: 'DDSSS-HGJYYY', Hostname: 'DDSSS-HGJYYY', DomainName: 'domainB.com', DeviceId: '', TenantId: '', AgentVersion: '')
- Found '2' matching Directory Objects but expected '1' 

ODM has the same device duplicated in a different enviorement. This could be as a result of uploading the file to an incorrect Enviorement when using ODM Express or in ODM Directory Sync due to a workflow that is incorrectly set up.

To resolve this issue, in ODMAD Express:

• Select the affected environments' workflow and click on 'manage'
• Browse to the 'Devices File to import for scoping' screen and upload an updated CSV (remove the unwanted devices/duplicate)
• Make sure to select the 'Clear existing unregistered Devices from the project' option.  This will clear/reconcile any unregistered devices that are not in the updated CSV. 

To resolve this issue, in ODMAD Directory Sync:

Search in all the Environments the device that is being reported as duplicated. Once you locate the device to remove it you will have to delete it in the Active Directory or move it to an OU not in scope of the environment and then run a Read with Reconcile selected.
