The following article is for both ODM AD and Power365 AD products.
The Password synchronization isn't working automatically. I need to run the Workflow to sync all attributes for it to work.
AV not installed.
I have logs in the BTPass directory on target.
I do not see any logs in Source and the Password logs in ODMAD are empty yet as I have logs in BTpass.
The agent is not installed on DC it is on dedicated server.
Delete the BTPass folder in C:\Windows folder on the source Primary Domain Controller (PDC)
Update a test account's password in the source environment.
Restart the Directory Sync agent service
Wait a few moments and a new BTPass folder will be created
The agent will find all the users/accounts in scope, that were never synced previously and should update the password in target.
The BTPass Password logs from Dirsync will be populated
If this is still failing, ensure the source and target environments have encryption set the same way. If the source has reverse encryption, then ensure the target is also configured this way.
