There are no active migrations tasks. However, the mail migration task is failing with the following error:
"Target mailbox is locked by xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Another migration process is taking place in parallel."
It appears there may be a previously initiated mail migration task that is currently hung or stuck. This could be the result of a migration process that was previously attempted to be stopped but remains in a "stopping" status on the UI dashboard.
Please review the environment for any ongoing mail migration tasks and proceed to stop them. If a task remains in the "Stopping" state without transitioning to "Stopped," we recommend logging a support case or service request (SR) for assistance. Support can intervene to stop the task from the back-end system.
