The On-Demand Portal no longer shows the "Reporting" section to access Nova (4378902)

Not able to access or see Nova from the On Demand Portal from the "Reporting" section or see any Subscriptions related to Nova.

Previously The On Demand portal provided shortcut access and subscription visibility for Nova. However, this modification is a consequence of the product support discontinuation notification that was sent to customers and also posted in the Support portal on March 3rd, 2025

The On-Demand Portal received an image change due to the discontinuation of Nova which will officially take effect on March 3rd, 2026 as per the below notification:

However, any customer with an active Nova subscription should still be able to access and use the product from the TMS Client portal and the Nova Reporting App web links below until the discontinuation date becomes effective:

NOTE: Subscriptions information should be visible from here if you log in with a user with the "System Administrator" role.

Nova Reporting App (for Application access):
