Hyper-V Cluster Job Fails with Error "Failed to get Logon token" (4381658)

Existing and new jobs Hyper-V Cluster backup and restore jobs fail to run with the following error message:

Failed to get Logon token

The cluster credentials previous configured on the virtual client are not longer valid. Most likely, the password has been updated or the user was deleted from the Hyper-V cluster.

Re-configure the plugin and provide the right credentials:

1. From the left Navigation pane, click Job Status.
2. Click the red bar to display only the jobs that completed with errors.
3. Highlight a failed Hyper-V cluster job and press the [📓Manage Job] button.
4. On the Manage Job page, click the square with a pencil icon to edit the job Selection Set
5. Expand the virtual client, to display the list of plugins.
6. Left-click the Hyper-V plugin, and select Configure from the contextual menu.
7. Update the required information
   • Cluster Domain: Enter the Windows domain of the cluster.
   • Username: Enter the domain-administrator account name that has the permission and privileges required for administering the cluster and Hyper-V.
   • Password: Enter the password associated with the user specified in the preceding field.
8. To save the settings, click OK.
9. Retry the job.
