All the licenses in EMW lab have been used, is it possible to reset the license count so further testing can be performed?
All attempts to "reset" the licensing information in EMW will not work, there is no another solution as to request another bigger license or build a completely new lab.
Even reinstalling the application and the SQL DB and creating a new project will not work.
EMW stores this information on all involved machines including Exchange servers and licensing machine, so just reinstalling EMW will not help.
If there is an option to rebuild all machines in EMW lab (including Exchange servers) or restore them from images then this will allow to use the old evaluation license again.
The best way to resolve the problem is to contact your Account Manager from Quest (sales representative), explain the situation and request a bigger evaluation license or purchase a larger production license which can be used first in the lab and later in production.
