Errors when processing a computer in Resource Updating Manager. -

When processing a computer using Resource Updating Manager the following errors are logged in the log file:
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Cannot open file 'C:\hiberfil.sys' (CreateFile).
(InternalError) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Cannot open file 'C:\pagefile.sys' (CreateFile). -
Lösung
Such errors are expected and can be safely ignored.
Files such as pagefile.sys and hiberfil.sys are not supposed to be accessed and processed, but the tool is configured to scan the entire computer and to report all errors.
If those errors are the only errors recorded in the log file, then they can be safely ignored. These files are not profile specific, nor does the source or target ACL need specific rights to access these.
