Ursache
The DSA attempting to synchronize a Global Security Group to a Local Security Group.

Lösung
It is impossible to sync a Global Security Group to a Local Security group based on differences and limitations between the two group types.
Below is a possible workaround. Please test this process in a test lab before deploying in production. Support is not responsible for any unintended effects that may occur when following these instructions.
When changing a source group from Global to Local, the group must first be converted to Universal. In order for the DSA to work, it must be allowed to run a delta sync during the time that the source group is Universal. Once the target group has been changed from Global to Universal, you can change the source group to Local, run another delta sync, and the target group will also change to Local.
