Please confirm that the target permissions actually exist on the shares. This can be done in the following ways:
1. Attempt to manually add the target account, even if it is already shown. If this is successful, and you see two target accounts, one of them is the source account. Remove both entries and add the target account.
2. Use Resource Updating Manager to add the target accounts to the file system, then remove SIDhistory from the accounts. The source accounts should then show up as unresolved SIDs which can identified and deleted, without affecting user access.
