When a user has access to another mailbox in Exchange, the OWA Add-in is not present or enabled to retrieve or restored any archive message, only works for the main mailbox owner.
Due to a Microsoft Exchange limitation, the OWA Add-in for Archive Manager Products doesn't work when a user has access to another mailbox and wants to open/retrieve/restore any archived message.
At the moment there's no possible workaround or solution.
