Is there a way to open a "Blank" Describe Window? (4258814)

Using the 'Describe' window for multiple objects. Saved the list of objects to a file name and want to re-open a describe window blank, then open the file containing the list of objects that is saved.

RESOLUTION:

Currently, Toad is not able to launch a blank Describe window. There are three options below that will launch the Describe window but all require an object name and none are blank:
1. Put cursor on object and hit F4.
2. Cursor on object and use ctrl+Click
3. Ctrl+D open up Quick Describe and fill in object name.
