How to run a tcpdump on the SDA appliance -

The SDA has the capability to run a tcpdump from the Troubleshooting Tools module. -
Lösung
To run the tcpdump do the following:
1. Go to the SDA WebUI.2. Go to Support.3. Go to Troubleshooting.4. From the "Tool:" dropdown select tcpdump.
For best results, it is ideal to have a test running almost at the same time as the Test button is clicked on the graphical interface.
5. Click the Test button.
6. When the test finishes a "Download log" button will appear.
After clicking on the "Download log" button, a .tgz file with the results of the tcpdump will be downloaded from the SDA Appliance.
