DL Provisioning has Error AP0019 "Failed to delete Volume Pool_1" (4039769)

After attempting to resize the WinBackups virtual disk the Provisioning tab contains Error Message ID AP0019 "Failed to delete Volume Pool_1 because data exists on it."

This error is caused by trying to resize or deleting and recreating the WinBackups virtual disk. Once created, the WinBackups virtual disk cannot be resized as the WinBackups and RASRdisk virtuals disks are created and then the Repository and Virtual Standby virtual disks are created on top of them. 

Volume Pool_1 is the operating system virtual disk and cannot be deleted.

Once this error occurs there is no way to correct the issue. A factory reset is required.

1. Archive out all data on the repository and contact Support to run a factory reset. All virtual disks must be deleted during the reset and all existing data will be lost.
2. We recommend during the reset to use the opportunity to install RUU 3.0.587. This version of RUU will upgrade the core to Rapid Recovery 6 and allow you to provision the WinBackups virtual disk to size larger then than the previous default size of 78 GB. The new RUU properly sizes the WinBackups virtual disk to include the OS and the Recovery volumes, which is roughly 295 GB in size.
