You have removed Free Busy Publications and Subscriptions and notice the following error logged repeatedly to the Events node in the Console and the ACSAlerts.log:
[2020/05/02 11:46:50.773] (2) Warning : (32621) Public folders not found or unavailable
When clicking on the Subscription node in the QCS console, under Packet Queue | F/B, you see a count for "Not Applied Objects", "Partially Applied Objects" and "Objects with Errors".
Packet Queue full of old stale packets and is trying to apply the information to the Schedule+Freebusy folder but is unable to.
1. Stop all three Collaboration Services services and set them to disabled
2. Open the QCS Console, set to "Offline Mode" and click OK.
3. Right-click Collaboration Services and select Properties
4. Click on Synchronization | Packet Queue
5. Click Clean up now
6. Click Suspended Objects
7. Click Purge
8. Click OK to close the Properties Window
9. Close the QCS console and run CleanVTH.exe (attached to this KB article) from the QCS server and only keep 1 hour worth of data (answer 1 to the question of how much data to keep?), CleanVTH must be ran from the directory with all the binaries and DLL's:
E.g. run CleanVTH using Command Prompt from
C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\Collaboration Services\3.8.0.xxx
10. After CleanVTH completes, set all three Collaboration Services services to Automatic and start them
11. Monitor QCS and the Public folder not found or unavailable should no longer be present.
