What are the minimum SQL rights required to run Change Auditor? (4284966)

The documents state the following permissions are required for Change Auditor, but what are the absolute minimum rights needed to run Change Auditor?

The permissions specified in the guides are the minimum required rights for full functionality of the product, including rights needed for purge\archive jobs and upgrades. An account can be granted fewer permissions but lose functionality. See the roles below and what they are required for:
 

• db_creator:
  • New installs; for database creation (archive job new database creation)
  • Needed for Scheduled archive jobs and creating new archive databases.

• db_owner:
  • Always needed for database upgrades and product general use
  • Needed to run the Coordinator and audit events. Database maintenance and Purge/Archive jobs are not available with only this right.
