Issue
User account not found and not discovered. Discovery did not find user. I see the user is listed in the correct group we have identified, and other user accounts are being discovered except for this one user.
Solution
I do not see this user in your source or target discovery logs, are you sure this is the correct UPN value? We have seen many times where the UPN was changed for a user account. Verify this please.
If the UPN is correct then it's possible the user account is missing key attribute values.
For mailboxes the recipienttype, PrimarySmtpAddress or MailboxGuid are missing\blank
For mailusers the recipienttype or PrimarySmtpAddress are missing\blank
If any of those are blank/missing then the Discovery will never locate the object. If this is hybrid, check the cloud and on-premise accounts for the corresponding attributes are present.
