We receive the following error in Domain Rewrite and other areas of the product. What is causing this issue?
Error: "Cannot grant the PowerShell user BinaryTreePowerShellUser.12345@<tenant>.onmicrosoft.com required roles because of reduced admin roles. [ClientId #xxxx, TenantId #xxxx]" -
Ursache
The service account used for Domain Rewrite does not have Global Administrator permissions with read/write access. -
Lösung
Elevate the service account permissions to Global Administrator with read/writeFrom ODM Tenants section | Regrant permissions in ODM once this service account permissions change is made.
Reconnect the tenants in Environment section of ODM Domain Move and Rewrite portal | Hamburger menu button | Environments | hover over the environment and click Reconnect. Use the correct service account
This should resolve the issue.
