Delete the existing write.lock files:
1. Stop the Archive Manager Full Text Search Service and the Archive Manager Full Text Index Service.
2. Check each subfolder in the Index path for files named write.lock and delete the files.
3. Start the Archive Manager Full Text Search Service and the Archive Manager Full Text Index Service.
