1) Sometimes item fails to migrate with Exception "user not found"
2) The ModfiiedBy in Version history doesn't get retained for Deleted Users though "Allow Copying of Deleted Users" is selected

Resolution
1) Configure a Paste All Site Content Job in custom copy mode, with filters to migrate only the affected library2) Ensure a UserMappings powershell transformer isn't being applied for Users. The built-in automatic mappings will do this instead.3) Configure Map Missing Users field to "SharePoint\System"4) Uncheck "Allow Copying of deleted users", because pages will be migrated over CSOM by default, and it's not possible to preserved deleted Authorship over CSOM.
