Description
Unable to activate Content Matrix license.
Activation Wizard either just hangs, or gives false information regarding license.

Cause
Likely caused by local file corruption. -
Resolution
Close down your Content Matrix console.
In your Windows File Explorer, navigate to c:\programdata\metalogix folder.
Delete all files in that folder which contain a .lic file extension.
Re-launch the application, and try to re-activate your license again.
