The error message below is encountered when migrating documents:

Cause
The error message normally occurs when a user account has permission or is being used as a metadata on an item/document, but it doesn't exist anymore on the Active Directory or their permission on the site has been removed.

Resolution
Ensure that users exist on both source and target Active Directory, then map the users by doing any of the following:
- Enable the "Map missing users to" option in the Mapping Options Tab of the job configuration, and enter a valid user in the target. For additional information, please click here.
- Perform user mapping.
