"Could not fetch document binary" error message
Description

The error message below is encountered when migrating an item/document:
Cause

The issue occurs when Content Matrix is unable to retrieve an object that is externalized.
Resolution
If using SharePoint 2013 and above please use the Metalogix Web Extension to connect to the Source Environment.
StoragePoint External Connection is only support for SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2007
If using SharePoint 2010 or SharePoint 2007 and StoragePoint is used to externalize content, use the database (DB) adapter to connect to the source environment and make sure to configure the external connection by performing the steps below:
1. Right-click on the database connection and select Attach External Connections > StoragePoint Connection.
2. Click the "Fill in default URL" button or manually fill out the Address field with the URL of the environment that is configured to use StoragePoint.
3. Click OK, then re-migrate the content.
If a different application is used to externalize content, use either the Local Object Model (OM), Metalogix Extensions Web Service (MEWS), Client Side Object Model (CSOM) or Native Web Service (NWS) adapter to connect to the source.
