Cause
This generally is an error received in relation to the SQL Database where the tables are locking up. -
Resolution
Regular database maintenance should prevent these types of errors. The following below can be checked.
-> Check if there is a primary key in each of the following 2 tables dbo.JobHistory | dbo.JobLogItems
If the above primary key is missing perform the following steps in order.
(1) Renamed JobHistory and Job Log Items tables.(2) Recreated JobHistory and JobLog Items tables.(3) Added primary key to job history.(4) Added primary key to job log items.
