Is the license update roaming profile base, which only affect to user A profile? Or the license update also apply to User B too? -
Resolution
- Content Matrix license files are not user based (Roaming Profile).
- If user A and user B are using the same Content Matrix license, both user A and user B will share a common license file.
- If 2 users are using machine simultaneously, it may affect licensing because tool is using common license file.
- Licensing may be affected if 2 users are using machine simultaneously because license usage of 1 user is updated by another user's migration.
- If 2 users are using machine simultaneously using the same common license file, Accumulated usage is not captured, this is not recommended.
