List items fail to copy. Or, documents copy, but are left checked out on the target. Also, the error message below is seen in the migration log:
Error setting field data: Target Field Name: LINK, Target Type: URL, Source Value: ,, , Exception: Invalid URL
The issue is most likely caused by a number of files in the document library that have no checked in version.
Users that upload documents to a library, which requires check-out, can put the file into this state by failing to check them in after upload. When a file is such state, only the user that uploaded the document can see it.
To facilitate migration of these documents, they MUST be checked in first. Then, the following steps will guide you through the process of finding and checking in the files in order to copy them.
Note: Make sure to enable the Advanced Mode on the Settings tab of the Content Matrix Console to see all the other context menu options.
