Description

When migrating a List with a custom form from SP2010 to SP Online, the forms fail to migrate with the error below:
Cause

SharePoint Designer Customized Form with hard coded URLs.
Resolution

1. Migrate the list structure first by using the option in the source "Export List Metadata" and "Create List from XML" in the target.
2. Then migrate the content using Copy List > Paste All List Items.
