External lists in SharePoint site fails to load in the Explorer window in Content Matrix, throwing an error: "Server was unable to process the request. Search could not be performed. The underlying CAML query could not be executed"

Cause

This is known issue.
Resolution

Our development team is aware of this issue and is working towards a solution in a future release of Content Matrix.
