When Selecting the Option to Leave the Email Address attribute in a matching rule this address is still overwritten
Description

When creating a matching rule and selecting the option to "Leave" the existing email address attribute this address is still over written.
Cause

Email Address attribute must match the primary smtp address defined in exchange. This attribute is used during offline address book generation.
The Leave option was not removed from the UI for the Matching rule, however it does not impact the products operation.
