GAL and Free/Busy synchronization is not working.The following error may occur while connecting to the Exchange server.

This problem may occur if the service mailbox used by the synchronization partner is marked as "hidden". To resolve the problem, un-check the "hidden" checkbox in service mailbox properties from Exchange System Manager.
