Description
When performing an Exchange to Notes free busy, no data is returned. When looking at the DominoFreeBusyService log file, the following can be seen:

Cause
This error may occur for non-"Registered" users. -
Resolution
Typically, "valid" users in Domino are created by using the "People | Register..." option. If a user is created within the Domino Directory using the "Add Person" button, then this user may not be recognized as a "Valid User". Domino users will need to be "Registered" for their free busy to be available to Exchange users.
