Running the Directory Sync from Exchange to Notes results in the following error:

The standard configuration of LDAP is set to Enforce Schema Checking.

From the Configuration document of the server:

1. Turn off Enforce Schema Checking by setting the option to No.
2. Restart the LDAP task (Restart Task LDAP)
3. Re-run the Directory Sync Connector

This time the Directory Sync Connector will run successfully. Checking the NAB will show the new entries merged in with the existing entries.

Note: In Domino 6.5.x there is a limitation with the implementation of LDAP where it does not categorize the new entries to the show the new OU that was used to create them. If it is imperative that your see the newly created OU, then you will need to put up a Domino server running 7.0.2 and run the Directory Synchronization connector with that server.
