Once a room is migrated, Notes users are not able to use the "Find Time" functionality found in Lotus Notes (4293388)

This occurs because the "Find Time" feature of Lotus Notes only requests the exact time that the user is looking at.  Because this is not something we are expecting we are not asking exchange for FB time correctly.  As a result we the time and date we submit to exchange is invalid, this is where our bug occurs.  In order for exchange to accept a FB request the time requested has to pass over a date change in the UTC timezone. Because this doesnt there is nothing returned and the find rooms feature doesnt work as expected. Additionally we also ask for no time availability.
