Issues booking Notes resources from Outlook -
Description
When creating a meeting request which includes a resource, the resource sends an accepted message at 02:00 AM next day. On the Domino server there is a document in the $Nlookup view of the Resources database for the resource with the status: Waiting for System Approval.
In this instance the Domino Servers were clustered. This could also happen in a non-clustered setup.

Resolution
Here is some information about possible causes for the Waiting for System Approval:Reservation status: “Waiting for System Approval”● If this occurs with rooms and resources that do not have owner restrictions:1) RnRMgr may not be running.2) If RnRMgr is running restarting the task may resolve the issue 3) RnRMgr is not fully initialized. You can check this by running the Show Tasks command from the Domino console.The most likely cause is that RnRMgr is not running on all clustermates that have a replica of the RRDB. Loading RnRMgr on that server, or servers, should resolve the issue.This is a Domino issue and needs to be addressed in the Domino environment
