Freebusy Lookups to Exchange work for Notes R7 Mail Template users but not for R8.5.2 Mail Template users.
If free busy lookups to Exchange users are working for R7 Mail Template based Notes users but not R8.5.x Template users then try the following settings as they have been known to solve this issue:
In the Notes Person Record for the Exchange User ensure that the following entries exist:
These entries should be prepended to the existing Notes Username Field, do not remove existing entries.
