Wrong date in the Room and Resource database meeting
Description

Booking a room in Notes from Exchange, for a duration of 24 hours or longer, results in the incorrect end date in the Room and Resource database. Exchange user calendar shows correct information about the meeting.
Cause

Incompatibility between Exchange and Notes due to Notes not supporting room bookings over or equal to 24 hours
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Configure the Notes room to Reject bookings equal to or over 24 hours.
STATUS
Enhancement request number 683022 has been submitted to development. This will be added to the known limitations section of the Coexistence Manager for Notes (CMN).
