When Load from AD button is selected Update Wizard with these select values are empty for Office365 (4254499)

On the CMN QC GUI - Connector Creation wizard section, there are three DNs needs to be provided:

• Legacy Exchange DN
• Address Book Container DN
• Global Address List DN

Without providing these values, you may not be able to create a connector.

There is a button called Load from AD. Once the button is selected, you are seeing above three option blank.

This is for Office365 as target. There is also staging -AD and schema is extended to Exchange

The Load from AD is only for help. Since the target is Office365 and there is no on-prem Exchange; you may not be able to see the values.

1. Upgrade to the latest version of CMN (Link Below)
2. Reboot CMN QC console
3. Create a new connector
4. On the section where you select Load From AD button; provide fake values. For example:
   1. Legacy Exchange DN:  /o=First Organization/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)
   2. AddressBook Container Base DN: CN=Address Lists Container,CN=First Organization,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=Quest,DC=Local
   3. Global Address List DN:s,CN=Address Lists Container,CN=First Organization,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=Quest,DC=Local
5. Save the connector and active
6. Right click on the connector created
7. Select Advanced settings
8. Select Users Tab
9. Find Provision Attributes tab
10. Remove legacyexchangedn | showinAddressBook | showinAddressBook
11. Do the same remove process for Update Attributes tab (remove the three keys deleted #10)
12. Select OK
13. Save | Active | Sync

This will allow you to sync the object to local staging-AD.
