Unable to start DominoFreeBusyService and ExchangeFreeBusyService after rebooting the CMN Console (4253673)

When you reboot CMN console that is running  DominoFreeBusyService and ExchangeFreeBusyService services, you are not able to start them automatically.

These two services are set to use the correct domain account (Log on As account). You also see the following on the Event Viewer | Windows Application logs:

There is no AV running on the CMN Console and you logged on with the account you specified as "Log on As account".

You can start these services manually.
