While this is generally designed to target from a non-trusted source. We would cover a basic customization that avoids potentially delays between organization users (Migrated & Non-Migrated).
Some of the Receive connector parameters, which cause of E-mail delay listed below
The above throttling parameters force the email to stay within the Domino queue for a longer period and eventually cause mail delays.
Consider the Migration scenario where the emails are transferred between Migrated & Non-migrated users. Technically considered internal mail, however due to the nature of the messaging system these internal emails will be subjected to additional delays caused by Microsoft Exchange Built in feature.
Quest recommends that we create a dedicated Receive connector on the target Microsoft Exchange servers to receive email from CMN Mail connector servers.
Customize the values for the following Parameters as illustrated below.
