Description
CMN's ExchangeFreeBusyService.Exe.log may show issues resolving the settings specified in the CMN Consoles Exchange Free/Busy Connector Configuration Screen, such as:
2013-03-26 15:12:14,557 [9] WARN AutodiscoverWorker - Could not autodiscover EWS URI.
or
2013-03-26 15:08:14,035 [10] WARN EwsHelper - Unable to determine EWS URL for user examplename@example.onmicrosoft.com. No free/busy results will be returned for this or other users that are part of this request.

Cause
There may be enviromental issues preventing the CMN server from connecting to Office 365 Exchange Web Services or to an Exchange On-Premise Server. -
Resolution
Microsoft offer the following Web based Tool for Analyzing Connectivity to Office 365, Lync and Exchange:
https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/
These tests may provide an insight into what could be causing connectivity issues within the Environment.
