How to install Service Pack 2 (SP1) for LiteSpeed 5.2? -
Description
Extended stored procedures, exes, or dlls are missing, backups are not compressing, the LiteSpeed checkbox is not illuminated on the GUI screens, generally, LiteSpeed seems not to be installed after upgrading to Service Pack 1.

Incomplete configuration.

Resolution
NOTE:To apply this service pack, you must have LiteSpeed for SQL Server 5.2.0.1240 installed. This service pack includes .MSP files for Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit and 64-Bit Itanium so please select according to your environment.
How to Install this Service Pack:
1) Run the appropriate .msp file.
2) Run Instance Configuration (Start | All Programs | Quest Software | LiteSpeed for SQL Server | Instance Configuration).
3) On the SQL Instances wizard page, select Install from the Action drop-down for those SQL Server instances being patched.
4) Complete the wizard to install the updated LiteSpeed extended stored procedures and maintenance plan component to the SQL Server instance. -
