Encoding error when test cases are imported with cmd / command line -
Description
When manually exporting test cases and importing them back in using command line command:
e.g QctoCmd /d=%TNS_NAME% /u=%QCT_USER% /p=%QCT_PWD% /gc=R /to=QCT /po=%USER% /i="unit-tests\*.xml"
results in characters such as Å, Ä and Ö being replaced by ÿÿÿ in the test cases.
If you do the import manullay through the GUI, it works fine. -
